I attended a workshop in Bentonsport, Iowa and took some pictures that morning. It was a beautiful morning with lots of fog. The surroundings were lit by the morning light. I created the painting in the studio from a picture of the place.

One of my friend's 5 year old daughter is suffering from Juvenille Diabetes. It is heart breaking to watch the struggles that such a little child has to go through. To help with finding a cure, I would like to donate 20% of the price (approx 60 dollars) to the JDRF organization when this painting is sold. See more information about the organization at JDRF.ORG
