This was on the Wey Canal near Walsham Lock, Wisley Surrey

I had already pass this spot, and the Heron saw me and flew off. I continued along the Canal Bank for sometime before returning were it was sitting quite happily.

I then saw the Canal boat, going Backwards!, and thought that the Heron would either fly towards me, or across the boat, which it then did.
