This still life sets a scene of a perfect moment with newly picked flowers and freshly baked cinnamon swirls joined with a lovely big cup of relaxing hot tea it's the best way to unwind after a busy day.

I really enjoyed painting this colourful composition, I've used collage for the flowers and sanded and marked the surface to give it depth and interest.

It is an acrylic mixed media piece painted on an 18 x 24 inch cradled wooden panel, sealed with satin varnish and ready to hang.

This would make a lovely kitchen or dining room artwork especially for those who are fond of a sweet treat!
