An acrylic painting on stretched primed canvas with depth and colour.
I was inspired by a Thanksgiving centre piece that I came across when visiting a friend which lit the room with presence and vibrancy. I wanted to portray that same energy and life in a painting, where as the display of flowers will eventually wither and die the painting will remain. To me, this was all about preserving those flowers and keeping that moment alive in a painting.
