Original artwork description:

The subject of this painting was a model for a life drawing class here in St. Petersburg, Florida. Though she may appear to have a hint of an attitude, I remember her as very sweet and easy to talk to. This is oil on hardboard, with gold leaf on her cascading earrings and large ring. I was particularly pleased with the gracefulness of the hand.

The flowers were placed carefully to support details of the figure. And in the title I am suggesting that Nature is proud of her creation.
