Original artwork description:

A densely packed acrylic and resin painting with layer upon layer of colour and flora. Vibrant, busy, buzzing with life and energy. A turquoise and Teal background set the base for a jungle of Poppies, Daisies, Cornflowers and many other leaves and flora that drift away into abstraction. One of my favourite paintings and a joy to paint.
Set into resin to give a high gloss luxurious finish, ripples and slight flaws in the resin do not detract from the overall quality as they’re part of the texture and movement of the surface.
Inspired by my love of colour, pattern, intricacy and Rousseau’s jungle paintings.
Painted using top quality acrylics onto hard board.
This painting will require framing and would make a dramatic focal point in any interior.
