Acrylic colour on 180gms paper, cold pressed, 16 x 23 in., 41x 58 cm
It’s been a while since I’ve been in studio working on projects … so time to work with the figure. Here I’m looking to zoom in on her enough to lose the ‘figure’ part so as to focus on the brush strokes and abstract … My challenge is to make it expressive, put movement or ‘flow’ into it.
The close up picture is of higher resolution to give a better sense of the paint, paper and the brush stroke. Then there’s the work in progress.
