Through this collection entitled “Florvirino”, I explore the beauty, strength and ephemeral nature of femininity while highlighting a universal and timeless dimension. The choice of mixed media and black and white reflects the complexity of female identity and its relationship with nature, while the word Esperanto is a message of connection and harmony between cultures and individuals.
This term “Florvirino” symbolizes the timeless bond between women around the world, an idea that pairs well with my collage and embroidery techniques, which recall the artisanal traditions often shared by different cultures.
