Original artwork description:
Over my painting career I have always been drawn to painting flowers in all their forms. My initial work was in pastel for which I won many awards, but in more recent times my medium of choice has been oil or acrylic. The flower lends itself to a variety of interpretation which is why I keep returning to it as a subject. One of the facets I enjoy most is that it enables me to use colour with virtually no limits and my imagination to create paintings that give me personally so much joy to paint. I hope you love them too.
