Original artwork description:

This painting is an emotional depiction of Japan's Floating World, the nightlife of Japan set against traditional Japanese culture. I lived in Japan for almost 5 years and speak the language as well, so the ideas behind the work are dear to me. This is a work of abstractionism.

This work is painted on 12 oz gallery canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas is hand-stretched onto a frame is 213 cm in width by 110 cm in height. This work is sent rolled up in a tube.

This work was created on the 9th day of March 2020.

In my paintings, I use the finest quality professional Liquitex acrylic paints, gallery canvas. The painting was sprayed with a glaze of varnish.

A Certificate of Authenticity with hologram - verification is attached to the image.
