Original artwork description:

Water, with its boundless energy and transformative powers, has long captivated and been a big source of inspiration in my art. Symbolically, it represents life, purity, and fluidity, embodying the constant flow and change inherent in nature. From tranquil lakes in Provence to raging sea, water's myriad forms and moods evoke a spectrum of emotions and ideas, making it a powerful subject for creation. I am drawn to its reflective qualities, capturing the play of light and color on its surface, and expressing the deeper themes of serenity, chaos, and the eternal cycle of renewal. The dynamic and ever-changing nature of water continues to inspires me to explore its beauty and symbolism.

This artwork is part of the artist's summer residency in the inspiring and eternally fulfilling region of Provence. Previously, the artist had returned from a life-changing journey to Tibet. In Provence, Eera aimed to integrate her experiences from the Forbidden Land and allowed herself to be enveloped by the incredible creative energy of Provence—a place where many painters before her have found their inspiration.
