Hi,
This is a cityscape set at the end of Fleet street near the cheddar cheese pub looking towards St Paul's. There is a brief period, mid morning, when the sun shines right down the road and makes the whole scene magical. (when the sun shines!).
I love the way the buildings at the Ludgate end fade into the distance -it gives you the excuse to use purple and yellow together which I love to do. I also love to paint the 'furniture' of London streets with it's flashes of colour here and there which brighten up the grey buildings,
enjoy.
