I painted this portrait of Miles Davis earlier in 2017 at the request of HUE Gallery in Wichita, KS. This expressive painting has texture by the layers of acrylic paint. It also contains oil pastel scribbles and spray paint. His eyes piece through the viewer with devout concentration.

This painting is placed in a purple floater frame that I built using pine wood.
