This is an impressionist painting of a Flamenco Dancer on stage in a blue dress over a black and green background.
The strength and passion of flamenco are difficult to describe. The beauty of the dresses, the movement, and the expression of the body of Andalusian women always push me to make my next painting and try once again to paint all that passion into a simple image that can be hung on the wall to remember my beloved Spain and its people every day.
I hope this work can share some of my love for Andalucia and its traditions.
