A variety of contemporary artist have inspired this work, I love the texture of the broken, layered paint and the colour combination used. This reminds me of the sea and holidays in sunny places. I choose the medium as I usually work in acrylic and added the texture using a mixture of tissue paper, pva glue and flour and really enjoyed how this all came together. I used a deep, ready stretched canvas to begin with and added layer upon layer of paint. Finished with a gloss varnish and painted around the edges too.

Signed on the back, all original artwork includes a certificate of authenticity and are ready to hang.
