My older daughter loves to fish. It's her favorite pastime. I'm happy to go along, enjoy the outdoors and her obvious pleasure. I don't bait hooks and do feel sorry for captured sea life. But, I'm the first to admit how delicious fresh fish pleases the palate. This little doodle-painting with blackline over oil paint is reminiscent of a favorite fishing spot in northern New Mexico.
