I have always been interested in the aquatic creatures that live in our streams and ponds. I spend many days painting watery landscapes and I also like to imagine what it would be like to live beneath the water. I am fascinated by the different shapes and colours of fish and this has inspired me to paint a set of fish paintings of which this is one.
