A Scottish mountain landscape painting inspired by the first snowfall on the high hills of the Highlands of Scotland in autumn, inspired by the wild scenery of places such as Glencoe, Glen Etive, Glen Nevis, the isle of Skye, Sutherland and Assynt. Painted in a modern contemporary impressionist style with the bright light of autumn illuminating the yellow and ochre colours of the bracken and moorland grasses of the moors surrounded by rocky summits with a light touch of early winter or late autumn snow.

Painted using quality artists paint on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a varnish finish and white wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
