Original artwork description:

I painted this at Flatford with friends on a hot summer day. It is an original 'plein air' oil painting on canvas board and shows children learning about wildlife in the reed beds.
Beyond them flows the river Stour, with Willy Lot's Cottage to the left.
This view was popularised by John Constable in his painting 'The Haywain' in 1821.
This painting is signed on the face and it comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. It is NOT framed, the photos are to show how it might look in a frame on your wall.
The image size is 12" wide x 16" high,
I have a 100% safe arrival record and the price includes post and packing to UK addresses.
