Original artwork description:

This pondering lady was painted with what I was obsessed about during that time: the fibonacci sequence, also known as the golden ratio.
These mathematical rules are to be encountered all over nature.
Fibonacci discovered this rithm in the 12 century and soon all artists would implement them in music, architecture and other visual arts.
The repetition is somehow pleasant and harmonious to our eyes.

I've painted it with acrylics and synthetic enamel dripped on top of that. In my vimeo profile you can find videos of how I apply this tecnique.

The flanks are painted as well, so there is no real need for a frame in order to make this artwork to look good on your walls.

I'd be happy to assist if you have more questions.

Materials used:

acrylic paint and synthetic enamel
