"Festival of lights in Lyon France" is an original palette knife oil painting on canvas, 18x18cm / 7x7inches, realized in the impasto technique. The painting is realized on linen, bonded on wood panel and framed with mat board. The dimensions of the painting including the mat board are 27x27 cm / 11x11 inches.

Inspired to paint this modern impressionist palette knife during the Lyon Festival of Lights on the Terreaux square.

This is a palette knife painting. No brush was used to create the work. I only used different types of palette knives to apply thick oil color paint.
