Collagraph varied edition print from a life drawing, printed on 300gsm Fabriano watercolour paper . This is a from a limited edition of 7. A Collagraph print is one made from a plate with different textures. My printing plate is made from mounting board. The process is a combination of intaglio and relief. I Collaged my plate with different textures in this instance I cut my figure out of the plate and added masking tape and wallpaper segments.I used PVA glue to stick on my textures. PVA is then sealed with shellac. The plate is then coloured with stay open inks and each print is never the same. If you would like to purchase one, please message me and tell me which number you would like. There's a number in the bottom left hand corner. I will pack this print flat between layers of cardboard (see me at work pic) This print is sold unframed.
