The beloved cat is in her arms snoozing under the veils.
She lovingly touches the cat's paws.

This was partly inspired by a very old lady friend whose dogs I used to walk daily. She was well over ninety and acted like a teenager! One day I took her shopping and she treated herself to a russet coloured straw hat with a big blue bow on it - just for fun. I still miss her vivacity.
