The bubbly, watery texture of the background is created with casein paint glazed with oil. The oak leaves are painted with oil paint, with burgundy red, orange, golden yellow, and touches of green. The burning bush leaves are burgundy and wine red with bright pink, yellow, and gold. The tossed composition gives a "floating through the air" feel.
Framed in a 3.5" wide wood frame with a warm brown finish and gold inner edge. May be purchased unframed by request.
