The best fall colors in the mountains came this year after a warm fall turned crisp. I took my Plein air group to one of my favorite places to paint in the fall. Here there are maples, liquid ambers, dogwoods and evergreen trees. The contrast of depth and sunlight with fall colors makes this painting colorful and vibrant adding a beautiful landscape of colors to any room.
