I was inspired by the whimsicality of the circus playhouse, the excitement and possibility within, and its striking colors. I wanted to explore the playful side of it with the fairy, something vibrant, amusing and fun, almost like something magical, or a dream. The setting up of the lights within the back of the tent gives a luminous glow that is the childhood dream, highlighting the fairy's skin and features.
