FADE TO BLACK by Carol Zsolt

Layers of colour painted onto the canvas. Lots of squares applied, one on top of the other. Layers of shades of grey, black and white. Every individual square is outlined with grey acryclic paint. Layers upon layers to add texture. Waiting for each colour to dry before the next one added. Takes time but I always love the result. Lots of individual squares. Love the look.

Look at the close up photos and you will see the detailed line work, sometimes the photos do not do the painting justice. Love this painting, love the effect. Always a labour of love, even though each piece takes time when it is complete I very much love the end result and I hope you do too.
