Artwork description:

The explorer, his right hand man and some of the artefacts from their recent trip. Includes an ammonite, secretary bird, thylacine or Tasmanian wolf (extinct) and the skeleton of an Irish Elk (extinct).

Each of these prints is hand made and there'll be some minor variation across the edition. This was cut from a single block of lino, printing the lightest colour first then cutting into the same block to print the next colour, and so on until the final darkest colour. This means that a cut can never be repeated and the small number of prints in each edition makes these works collectable.

250g acid free Somerset Satin 100% cotton rag, linseed ink
