This large painting is an original palette knife painting; damp plumeria flower artwork. The plumeria flower was chosen for it's gracefully beautiful, fragrant uplifting feeling. This flower is commonly used to adorn the hair of Hawaiian women or in Leis worn around the neck. The materials include acrylic paints, texture and iridescent pigments (accentuating the water effect ) on deep edge gallery wrapped canvas.
