Original artwork description:

This is the little brother of a large scale painting (ex machina 1) which depicts an imaginary inner life of an old machine, a once precise construction now all over with signs of age and usage - little flaws that create character. Therefore I also worked with oxidized iron on this painting.

I used ultra thin layers of prepared tissues to create a certain patina and structure. On top I worked with acrylics, high pigmented pencils and with painted pieces of paper - as I love to create a battlefield of techniques and colors. 

The painting is framed (a custom-made production ) and ready to hang.
