This wonderful national treasure has such a natural elegance.
I regularly take A level workshops at a local school, and always take along something that I have started so that I can carry on with it in front of the students, and let them watch my painting process. Mature faces are perfect for this, the lines create wonderful shapes.
Dame Judi was one such painting, which I have now completed.
Deep edge canvas, edges painted grey. Signed front and back.
