Artwork description:

The beautiful outdoor swimming pool in South London, Brockwell Lido in the evening light. I have been visiting London Lidos over the past few months and creating a series of handmade original prints.

This etching started as a pencil sketch which I redrew onto grounded zinc using an etching needle. After a few minutes in acid, the exposed lines are etched forming deep grooves to hold ink. The plate is inked and printed using a press for every print in the small edition meaning each one is unique.

Orders will be carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue, flat-packed between board and shipped signed and tracked within four days.
