Original artwork description:
A new abstract watercolor called "Evening Sea". This painting is about the atmosphere I had sitting at Clevedon beach watching the night coming in in front of Wales. You also find dramatic scenes like this after heavy rain, when the sun breaks through. The colors in this painting change like the light changes in nature, due to some metallic pigments used. When hit by light, it will sparkle a bit. The colors will be different depending on the amount of light available. I like the idea that landscape paintings change their colors like nature does!
22x31 cm on Arches paper 300g, W&N Watercolors and metal pigments used.
The painting will come unframed, signed on the back.
