Original artwork description:

I stood for ages last night. Just watching the birds on the flooded meadow. Canada Geese coming in to roost and Starling heading off to the reed beds just east of here. The light was beautiful - pink and orange and although I took photos, it was impossible to capture the way it filtered through the reeds.
I painted it instead. This painting is semi abstract and is a mix of pinks, greens, blues and greens against a purple-pink evening sky.
It's all ready to hang in a grey wooden frame with acrylic glazing for safety.
