The village of Ardentinny lies on the west shore of Loch Long on the Cowal peninsula. This print depicts the view across the Loch from Ardentinny beach as evening falls on a calm, clear day.

This is a reduction linocut, where the block is successively printed and recut, inked and printed for each layer - a process which results in its gradual destruction.

The item will be packaged in a sturdy postal tube and sent via a Royal Mail 'Tracked' service. If multiple items are purchased, I will endeavour to send them in a single package within the weight and compensation limits and will refund any monies saved in this way.
