The painting's name, "Ethereal Sky", came from its elegant essence and muted color palette. Translucent spray paints are blended on top of a thick textured acrylic paint on a gallery-wrapped canvas. This thick impasto texture was created with palette knives, and ink was expressively drizzled on top.

This painting was featured in the top 50 (No. 23) of the Artfinder / Liquitex "Muted Collection" Competition. The delicate tones of violet, gray, green, and blue blend beautifully, creating a unique composition that represents muted to me.
