My goal was to go beyond my own definition of what I think is "beautiful" as I traveled through Iceland for three weeks creating timeless breathtaking images. I realized that if I challenged myself to step just a little further beyond the beauty, perhaps I would find what even my imagination cannot conceive... What is behind the tangible reality of what we see? Perhaps between the tangible world and our imagination exists a timeless place hidden in stillness; created by human desire to surpass understanding and touch with the mind.
