Artwork description:

This is an original hand-carved linocut printed in a blend of blue and dark green ink. Only a very small run of these prints were made, this being the only one left for sale in the edition, so it is a must buy for any collector!

'Esteban' is inspired by the French-Japanese animation series of the 1980s 'The Mysterious Cities of Gold' and shows Esteban, the child of the sun, in the bottom half of the work and the golden condor flying behind him into the rays of the sun itself. Tribal patterns help to break up the two images, a reference to the short educational film that would accompany each episode at the introduction. I, myself, was a massive fan as a kid and still am today!

This is a limited edition linocut, printed on quality Heritage Bookmark white 315gsm printmaking paper.

Your print will come wrapped in protective tissue paper to reach you in the best condition.

If you have any questions relating to the work before purchase please don't hesitate to ask me.
