I do not belong within the constraints created that imprison my soul. The glass cage that reflects my potential yet holds me back. Separating my light within from the spectrum of colours beyond. I choose to stand or fall on my terms and Escape the prism you place me in.
This painting took two weeks to complete, with 6 sittings in total. Applying layers over layers building depth and tone which helps draw out the required emotions
Original painting using professional Oil paints on starched canvas 100x100cm
UV varnished to help protect against sunlight and everyday dirt and dust.
Sides have been painted so no framing is required unless wished. Ready to hang with a hanging wire attached.
