Is it possible to live in the city and feel lonely? This picture is about an attempt to escape from reality, a race in the frantic rhythm of changes. Happy days turn to bad days, victories to mistakes, and a sense of belonging to loneliness. The white circle is the space of an individual's perception of reality. I think about the mechanical/automatic reactions of the brain and the world they create.

The painting from the "Stupor" series . Series is about one of the basic reactions of the brain, which manifests itself not only in stressful emergency situations. Choice as an antidote to the convenient survival mechanism.


The picture was created on watercolor paper with a density of 300 g/m², produced by French company Arches, and paints of world professional brands Van Gogh, Rembrandt, and Ukrainian Rosa.
