This painting is entirely oil paint, I sliced up piles of paint and secured
to the canvas and then painted on top, letting them show through. The majority
of my family currently lives in Florida and I had lived there for five years in
my youth. This work is an abstract interpretation of the water-like, impasto oil paint
over-taking the eroding rock like structures.
