Original artwork description:

I made this work on a canvas, painted the base with an olive green color, traced the outline of the painting with chalk and only then did I start painting with oil paints.
I use oil paint by overlaying many thin layers of appropriately thinned color to create the effects I desire.
I depicted three old kettles containing colors, I hung them on a wire and they are balanced so as not to spill their precious contents.
When I painted this work I was thinking about everyday life, how we are always precariously balanced to maintain our energy.


I took the kettles out of their context and placed them in a new dimension, that of hectic everyday life... and who knows, the viewer might find a better context!!!

The series SOSPESI is the new series that I started to paint in 2022, with this new series I want to reflect on the suspended moments that life puts in front of us, I want through art, overcome the barrier of time, give value to every moment.

The work does not include the frame to create even more the sense of freedom.

The work is signed on the front and back and will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
