Why the white space in between the stripes?
The left side is how much women get paid, the right side is how much men get paid and the white gap in the middle is the difference in average earnings between women and men which stands at 18% in the UK at the moment. So, why the white space is indeed a very good question. There shouldn't be one! #closethegap
