This piece for me is a reflection of an ephemeral state where dreaminess meets a touch of melancholy. I wanted to capture a figure that seems to exist between reality and illusion. Wrapped in soft pink and grey tones, the character evokes a sense of a circus performer or a figure from a dreamlike narrative, where emotions speak louder than words.

I enjoyed working with textures and layers to create a sense of movement, even though the figure remains still. This painting is about the fragility of a moment—something you can feel but cannot grasp.
