Artwork description:

This picture shows the entrance to a 5 star luxury hotel. The property was built in a neo-romantic style. Construction began in 1915 and had to pause from 1919 to 1938 due to lack of money. In 1992 the incomplete house went to the community which wanted to create a cultural and recreational space. But even this attempt to save as a hotel failed. Since then, no buyer has been able to find this imposing building.
