This painting is an emotional depiction of entering the mythological gates of Aaru. Aaru is the heavenly paradise often referred to as the Field Of Reeds, is an underworld realm where Osiris rules in ancient Egyptian mythology. This artwork is painted in the abstract expressionist genre.

This work is painted on professional-grade canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas is 168 cm in width by 137 cm in height, and the sides are painted in the same style as the front.
