Original artwork description:

My aim was to create a sense of summer with simple shapes and colours. Instead of using the usual landscape profile I chose a portrait format to assist in the sense of movement through the scene, across the fields and up into the sky. The sheep are simplified representations which help link the foreground to the middle distance. Although the sky is basically blue, clouds are building with the inevitable threat of rain in a summer's day in England.
I pride myself in giving a good service to purchasers as I want them to enjoy the picture and to be assured that it will arrive in top condition. All paintings are wrapped and boxed in heavy duty, double walled corrugated board.
