A vivid drawing of orchard depicted in Sennelier oil pastels, with creamy texture and intense palette. It is made on a smooth 12inx12in white, 200gsm drawing paper.
Orchards have been my passion for many years. Light and shadow play, that Summer feeling and fresh breeze in the flickering leaves of fruitful trees, evoke the fondest memories, and give me inspiration and motivation throughout the years.
This pastel drawing was inspired by the story "Orchard", by Benedict Macdonald and Nicholas Gates and their images of "lost Eden" by the Malvern Hills.
It is dispatched unframed. Colour may vary due to the light and monitor settings.
