Original artwork description:
I am a mix of Engineering and Artistic: my father and grandfather devoted their lives to creating through aeronautical, nautical, locomotive, mechanical; my mother is creative in a visual way: drawing, needlework, painting.
As a self-portrait this combines these two elements of my character, my interest in the "nudes" of my art in the scope of an imagined mechanical landscape. Because I got a great feeling from making this; and as it is personal because of its association to my family and history, I feel that this is the beginning of a series.
