This painting was inspired by the enchanted rose from Disney's Beauty and the Beast.
I look at it every year and one day I was so enchanted by my rose that I painted it on canvas.
A rose that was both beautiful and scary.
A rose showing how much time the Beast has left.
A rose that shows how wonderful his future will be if he accepts all the beauty and love of the world that she also represents.
